Please note due to how digital products are delivered, via the internet ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Digital Products but in the event a Physical Product is purchased and you received an incorrect item please READ BELOW..

How do I make a return for a Physical Item sold her SylviaOlivia.com?
To make a return please email us at info@SylviaOlivia.com and provide the following information: Your email address, order number and reason for return
Please note your Return Request must be received within 2 days of the delivery date.
Returns must be received back to the address we provide within 7 Business Days of us approving your Return.
Packing slips should be enclosed in the returns or if it is lost please include a note with the following info: Your Name, Item(s) returned, Reason for Return & your Email Address.
We do highly recommend adding insurance to returns with a value of more than $100
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item, item not as described or damaged we will cover the return cost.
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the physical item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned
How soon will I receive my site credit?
Once we receive your return please allow 5 business days for your site credit to be issued.
Website credits expire in 60 days after being issued
