HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE/DISCOUNT CODE You've Provided?

  • At checkout there will be a section marked ORDER SUMMARY, please click there and enter your discount code or your unique code. 

Please note most promos & discount codes expire within 24 - 72 hours  

Only one promo/discount code per transaction. 

    I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

    If you didn't receive an email confirmation within hours of placing your order please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email confirmation it may be because your email address was incorrectly spelled.

    MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS, WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE?

    It is very possible you are providing two different addresses for the shipping and billing addresses. Unfortunately we can only ship to the billing address your bank has on file. We do offer the option to pay via PayPal as long as your “SHIP TO” address is confirmed.

    WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

    What you’re seeing is a double authorization usually resulting in clicking “Confirm” multiple times at checkout. If you see a double transaction on your account for the exact amount your bank will remove one of the authorizations within 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once. Processing time will depend on your bank. 

    WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IF I SIGN UP FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE VIP EMAIL LIST & HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE EMAILS?

    You will receive on average emails once a week or every other week & they will include exclusive deals & sales not advertised elsewhere OR you’ll be notified first, so first dibs as well as any other upcoming events.

    You will also be notified of new items that have been added to the website.
